Membership/Recruitment Management
  Capture walk-in, phone or online contacts to begin the recruitment process.
  Track status of the initial contact on the dashboard to ensure follow-up is made.
  Create an appointment from the dashboard once contact has been established.

Manage Appointments
  Create appointments either through the recruitment process or directly to the Appt book.
  Assign appointments to staff members.

  Rescheduled appointments will maintain prior appointment history.

Manage Tasks
  Two types of tasks: generated from an upcoming event and staff assigned
  Event tasks are linked to upcoming events and need to be accomplished a certain number of days prior to an event. When the event is created, the tasks are automatically assigned to a specific staff member with the required due date.
  Staff tasks are assigned ad-hoc by management to an individual staff member.
  Tasks are assigned to a staff member via email and require the assignee to acknowledge receipt of the task.
  Tasks are tracked through a task management module and can be edited as required.
  When tasks are edited, the assignee must re-acknowledge the changes.
  Assigned tasks display on a staff members personal calendar within the system.
  Due dates on the management module are color coded. Late tasks are RED for example.

Managing Student Data
  Once a contact becomes a student all facets of their training can be managed:
  Basic student data - Name, phone, address, guardians, interests
  Student data is managed through a management module that is searchable and color coded based on a student's current status regarding attendance or contract.
  Manage classes, belts, attendance and testing from day 1 through Black Belt.
  Keeps a history on one page of all student activity.

Communicate
  Event calendar displays all upcoming events.
  Register and pay for events online.
  Send targeted emails to a specific cross-section of your student population.
  Get feedback on events or through voting polls.
  Send out a survey form and view the responses in real-time with reports and charts.

Online Forms
  Replace many of your paper forms with electronic ones.
  Feedback, Incident, Private Lessons, Event registration, Birthday parties and more.
  Search and retrieve forms with the online search tool.

Reports
  All forms and modules have a search facility and tools for creating reports on the fly.
  Detailed charts/graphs displaying trends in your recruiting process that can be drilled down for further analysis.

System
  Requires no installation by the school or on the customer's home machine.
  Operated and maintained within the Affinity Business Systems Infrastructure.

If your school does not have a Web site, one can be developed for you.
  Public forms, calendars and the like are simply "bolted" onto the back of your current Web site using links on your site. The customer is not usually aware that they have left your environment for another so it operates seamlessly.
